This study explores the efficacy of a neoadjuvant chemotherapy regimen in patients with locally advanced triple-negative breast cancer. The primary objective is to determine the rate of pathological complete response after treatment, as well as to evaluate tolerability and associated side effects. Patients are followed for a period of 24 months to also analyze recurrence-free survival and overall survival, with particular attention paid to biomarkers predictive of treatment response.
